The 79N, also Called the 79 Narrow Extraction Forcep is expertly designed for lower third molar (wisdom tooth) extractions, offering superior access and precision in confined posterior areas. Compared to the standard 79 Forcep, the 79N model features a narrower beak profile, allowing easier positioning between the soft tissue and tooth surface during difficult mandibular extractions. 

In situations where the top or certain part of the Tooth structure is damaged and a narrower beak is needed to apply pressure on specific areas, that’s where the 79 Narrow Extraction Forcep comes in Handy. The 79N solves this by combining a slim, angled head for optimal deep posterior access with its finer working tips.
